The rates covers :

- the house and the swimming pool are at the lodger's disposal

- providing of water, gas, electricity and the heating.

supply of the household linen:

Do these prices get along except hiring of the household linen (bed linen + 2 towels per anybody) invoiced with tenant 20 € by guest and change (in the event of duration of stay of several weeks). The household linen gets along except bath sheets.

The hiring of the household linen is an optional service suggested to the tenant.

Guarantee :

you must give 500 € the first day of your stay. They are given back after inventory the day of departure.

Cleaning of the house ( do not cover washing up and kitchen) : you can asked for the cleaning of the house for 100 €

Pets :

they are allowed for free but kept on a lead and under the responsibility of the owner and with an update vaccination book. However, pets are not allowed on the first floor and in the rooms.
